- Products can be returned within one (1) week of receiving the merchandise.
- The Neeli Titlee customer care team must receive and approve the return request. Once the request is received and approved, the customer will be asked to ship across the products to our office in Ahmedabad.
- The shipping cost for the return of the merchandise must be borne by the customer and is non-refundable.
- The products should be unused and all the tags and labels should be intact.
- Once the returns are received by us and quality checks are cleared, the refund will be issued against the original mode of payment.
