A bright blue Ikat saree with starry dots all-over and a wide subdued blue border and a minimal striped end piece. A striped ivory and blue blouse piece is included.
'Jhilmil' in Hindi means twinkle or flicker.
Star-studded sky reflects on the river - bright at times, and hazy when the breeze touches and moves the water. The moon peeps out from his blanket and quietly smiles at the magical night.
